Annie Hurney

Executive Assistant

Annie is a Denver native. In 2020, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology from the University of Wyoming, where she was also a cheerleader. Interested in all things in the criminal justice arena, Annie has interned with a local police department as well as a victim’s advocacy group. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments. Annie takes pride in being able to anticipate the needs of others and accomplish any assigned task with care. She is ready to expand her knowledge and experience in the legal field and looks forward to serving VFEL’s clients.

In her free time, Annie enjoys skiing, spending time with friends and family, and taking care of her 172-pound Bernese Mountain dog, “Gibby.”
